Username & Email are the user name and email address you want to create for the Wolfe Affiliate Site. User name must be uniquie and be at least 6 characters.

Web Site Name*

Web Site Name is the name of your site. This will be the text that displays on the Wolfe Video site as a return link to your site when customers visit using your Affiliate Code, i.e., Wolfe Video.

Web Site URL*

Please Note: Your website must be a valid URL and be currently active. Parked domains, MySpace and Facebook page URLs and "link farm" sites will not be approved.

Web Site Return URL

Web Site Return URL is the URL where you want customers to be directed back to on your site when they click the return link on the Wolfe Video site. i.e., if your site URL is http://something.com/ but you want customers to return to the pert of the site that you have your items for sale, you could use something like http://something.com/my-store.html. This must be a vaild URL on your site, or a return link will not be displayed.

Show a Return Link?

If checked, Wolfe will show a return link to your website as long as Web Site Name and Web Site Return URL fields are not blank.

You will be required to provide a valid W-9 form before any commissions will be paid. After your affiliate account is approved, you will be contacted when you need to provide this information. If we cannot contact you after several attempts, your affiliate account will be deactivated and any commissions earned will be forfeited.
